Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to change everything at once?
No, and we'd gently steer you away from it. Most people start with one room, or even one product, and go from there. Progress over perfection is the whole idea. A slow change you stick with beats a total overhaul you abandon in a couple of months.
I've already started making swaps. Is this still useful?
Yes. A lot of people come to us partway through. We'll look at what you've already changed, tell you honestly what's working, and focus on what's worth doing next, so you're not paying for advice you've already taken.
Do I have to sign up for the concierge service?
Not at all. Plenty of people take their plan and do it themselves, or just shop with us when they need something. The concierge service exists because some households want it handled, not because it's the goal.
Do you come to my area?
We're based in the Nations and serve Nashville and the surrounding areas. If you're on the edge of that, ask us. We'd rather tell you honestly than have you wonder.
What happens after the consultation?
You get your Better Up Plan, a clear written summary of what we'd swap, in what order, and what it costs. It's yours to use however you like. There's no obligation to book anything else.
What if I don't like something you recommend?
Tell us. Nothing we suggest is a rule, and if a product doesn't suit your skin, your water, or just how you like things to smell, we'll find you another one. We'd rather know than have it sit unused under your sink.
Is this going to be expensive?
It depends on how much you change and how quickly, which is why the first call is free and your custom plan comes with prices attached before you commit to anything. Refills are charged by what you actually use rather than by the bottle, so most people find the running costs lower than they expected.
