Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS or another carrier. We offer flat rate shipping based on delivery time with free shipping on orders over $150.

Note: We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
Standard Shipping: $8.00
Expedited Shipping: Available for $19.99 (e.g., Priority Mail).

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location and the shipping service selected. Here’s a general guide for U.S. orders:

Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

Tracking & Updates

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Track your package using the link provided in your confirmation email or on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS Tracking).

Address & Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to update it. After processing begins, we may not be able to change the address.
Failed Delivery: If we can’t deliver your package, the carrier will leave a notice. You can pick it up at the nearest carrier facility or arrange redelivery.
Damaged/Lost Packages: Contact us immediately with your tracking number. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
